5 Reasons to leave that last sip of beer

Everyone enjoys that first sip of beer, it is cool, refreshing and a great post work activity! However, when it comes to the last few warm sips, most people would prefer to order another pint of beer! But what if we told you that beer is actually more than just drinking?

Here are some reaons why Helpling thinks you should always leave that last sip of beer:

1. Revive wooden furniture

Beer can help to clean wooden furniture and also bring out the colour of the surface! Simply pour a small amount of beer on a piece of cloth and gently rub any wooden surface.

2. Washing Jewelry

We all know that clothes need to be washed after wearing, but how often do you wash your jewelry? Just because our accessories are not made from soft fabrics doesn’t mean that they, too, do not collect dirt from constant wear. Soak a clean soft cloth with beer and gently rub your jewelry with it. 4. Pest trap

We know it is hard to want to enjoy your slices of fruits without getting interrupted by fruit flies! To keep pests away, mix roughly equal proportions of the flat beer with mouthwash and a few spoonfuls of sale in a spray bottle. Shaking the bottle vigorously to combine all the ingredients and spray away!

5. Wine Stain Remover

When sharing wine with good friends, a spill is bound to happen. To remove the wine stain, simply add a small amount of beer on the stain and dab it with a cloth, let it soak for ten minutes before washing and drying.  Lastly, pour a good amount of club soda over the desired area and let it work its magic! If the stain persists, repeat the process until it is gone.
